Happening Real Estate was established in March, 2008 by Michael Fackerell, who is a fully licensed real estate agent in the State of Queensland. This business was established to meet a perceived need for people to get quality real estate services at a reasonable price. In June 2011 Happening Real Estate has joined forces with Nuar Pty Ltd t/as Place2Live in order to continue offering empowering real estate solutions to vendors at a reasonable price.
Michael Fackerell works from home in Springwood, Qld, in the commercial hub of Logan, which is the area between the southern border of Brisbane City Council and the Gold Coast. We offer full service to clients within a 50km radius of Springwood - we will also look at servicing listings further afield depending on our current team availability.
In addition to our full platinum service, we offer no commission budget online services right across Queensland to people who feel confident to show their own home. We also sell Investment Properties, like house and land packages and discounted developer stock from around the nation but especially in Queensland.
Our marketing is done primarily through the internet. There is no need to have an expensive shop front and incur lots of expenses - those expenses would have to be somehow passed onto our clients in order for us to stay in business. We can be and are there for you and for the customers without maintaining a shop front. This is the 21st century and the internet has become the first port of call for property buyers - 70% of actual buyers at least will come that way even to a traditional agency.
