Affiliate Program for Real Estate - Find Investors for Discounted Property and Earn!

Would you like to earn money as part of the Happening Real Estate network? We offer opportunities for people everywhere to earn money in two main ways:

1. Finding people who would like to invest in some genuinely attractive Australian residential property projects, ones we believe in, often at significant discounts to retail price.

2. Finding people who would like to list their property with us and save lots of money on commission.

You don't have to be a registered sales person to do this - you will not be earning "commission" as such but rather a lead generation or introducers fee. However, you will need to sign an agreement with us stating what you can and cannot do so that no misrepresentation occurs. Your job will be to bring contacts to us - and we will close the deals for you.

Renumeration will be negotiated on a case by case basis, but you can be assured that you will be able to earn well if you have a network of qualified individuals who wish to either buy or sell property. Renumeration will typically be about 20% of what the agency itself earns gross through the deal.

All Australian resident affiliates are invited to do their Sales Registration Course in order to qualify for higher levels of renumeration and be able to do more in the sales process. The Sales Registration Course can be done in about 1 week normally, through any number of different authorised educational institutions. The properties we are promoting are often not listed on realestate.com.au, or if they are, they are listed at a higher price than what our buyers can obtain them for.

We don't select projects for marketing based on how much commission we will be paid, but rather, based on how strong the project in question is likely to be as an investment for our customers/clients. All properties we market have stringent selection criteria. We consider at least these six things:

1. Location - do people want to buy and rent there, is there infrastructure
2. Value for Money - customers should buy at or below a current market value
3. Infrastructure - what kind of roads, schools, shops and industry are around
4. Rental Return - we need at least $1/week rent for every $1000 spent purchasing
5. Design and Finishes - we want high quality projects that are desirable to people
6. Quality and Integrity of the Developer

Remember also that if you know people who are thinking of selling their property, you can also earn money (or if you wish, a cash equivalent reward) as a referrer of such leads.

We don't automatically give a referral fee to everyone who passes on business to us. To qualify for this, you have to first join the network.

Joining the Happening Real Estate Network in this way does not mean becoming an employee of this business or giving up your current employment. It is a way to earn a separate income stream for anyone with a passion to help people save money or create wealth. For some, it might lead to a career in real estate.
