property price sales in the area. Look at what is currently for sale in
your area on leading real estate portals. Be really honest. If you were
a buyer who wanted your kind of property, what would you be willing to
pay? Sometimes it is worth paying for the services of a registered
valuer especially where comparable properties are hard to find. But in
a fast moving market, I think a real estate agent could give you a
better idea, because valuers have to be conservative.
