Instead of paying the normal 2.5% + $450 + GST + marketing costs, we have reduced the commission to 1.5%+GST. This commission level still allows us to attract the very best salespeople who are willing and able to get the very best price for your property. Yes, it IS possible to find agents who will work for even less, but can you be confident that they will really get the best net result for you? Quality of service is very important, and we decided we would rather work to provide a top level of service than cut the level of service for the sake of a lower fee. Our fees ARE lower than the fees of a typical agent, but we can afford that because we have cut out the expensive overheads which do not contribute to the price YOU get for your property.

We are currently based in Springwood, the commercial hub of Logan city on the south side of Brisbane, but frequently sell property within 5 kms of the CBD as well as properties on the North Side. From 2010 we will be having salespeople to cover every area of the Greater Brisbane region.

• We provide Internet Marketing on realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, premises.com.au and more!
• Featured property on realestate.com.au for 30 days
• We provide Standard sign or upgrade to photo sign
• We seek to match existing buyers on record with us with your property
• We distribute a just listed brochure around your property and suburb.
