Instead of paying the normal 2.5% + $450 + GST + marketing costs, we have reduced the commission to 1.5% + GST . The listing/marketing fee is $825 and gives you exposure in both the leading websites. We can also organise ads in the leading local paper for you - you just pay our cost for that.

We are based in Springwood, the commercial hub of Logan city on the south side of Brisbane. We have chosen to focus our full service real estate activities on the area within 15 kms of Springwood - outside of this area we are happy to service customers who are willing to show their own home on one of our discounted deals.

• We visit you at your property and to give a Free Market Appraisal Report and Unbiased advice on pricing
• We show you recent comparable sales in the area and what is on the market now to achieve this
• We take photos and craft the ads, or arrange for professional photographers if that is your choice.
• Everything is done to present your property in the best possible light.
• We provide Internet Marketing on realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, premises.com.au and more!
• Featured property on realestate.com.au for 30 days
• We provide Standard sign or upgrade to photo sign
• We will prepare an advertisement to show your home in the best local newspaper in your area, usually the Albert and Logan news.
• We seek to match existing buyers on record with us with your property
• We distribute a just listed brochure around your property and suburb.
• We arrange inspections, and show the property with private inspections and/or open houses
• We negotiate the best price for you
• We draw up contract paperwork with customers
• We help liase with inspectors, valuers and conveyancers, faciliating the contract until settlement
