to market your property at. Sell too cheap - you can lose big money.
Ironically, if you list at an unrealistically price, you will also most
likely lose out. You will just help others to sell by helping make
THEIR properties look like a bargain while yours goes stale!
In many cases we can work that out by comparing your property to
similar properties in the same area which have sold in the last six
months. You need to get a report showing this information and
indicating a likely selling range for your own property. This report is
often referred to in the industry as a CMA.
