This business was established to meet a perceived need for people to get quality real estate services at a reasonable price. Our business office is located in Slacks Creek, Brisbane - but the reality is that we can and do service clients all throughout the Brisbane area. We're selling houses on the North Side, the South Side in Logan, all over!Since that time Michael's wife Marilena has obtained her Sales Certificate and joined the team. On the Gold Coast, we also have Michelle Lalonde who has been selling homes together with us for clients there. We have Roger Albert selling property with us on the Sunshine Coast. Our marketing is done primarily through the internet. There is no need to have an expensive shop front and incur lots of expenses - those expenses would have to be somehow passed onto our clients in order for us to stay in business. We can be and are there for you and for the customers without maintaining a shop front. This is the 21st century and the internet has become the first port of call for property buyers - 70% of actual buyers at least will come that way even to a traditional agency. At Happening Real Estate we are continually learning as professional people. We also believe in the importance of ethics.
