Kit Homes, Granny Flats, Transportable Homes, Cabins, Tiny Homes - We've Got 'Em for You!
Kit homes and granny flats make sense in Australia today. Its the most cost effective form of accommodation for the owner - good for extended family or in many cases for generating extra rental income!
We are offering great deals on all kinds of quality affordable accommodation.
Kits start at just $24,990 for a 2BR steel home. This is good for owner builders or those who can engage a builder at a competetive price.

Don't want the hassle of building? Want to see what you get before you buy?·We can supply new pre-built transportable modular cabins - either to lockup stage so you can fit it out according to your taste, or fully fitted.
The above is a photo one of our transportables we actually built ourselves. It sits on a very strong steel chassis. It is built in 2 pieces, each 3.4 m wide and 9m long, and can be transported anywhere easily. It is almost finished.

Here is the rear and side view of the same transportable home.

This shows our 3 bedroom modular kit home. It comes in 3 pieces. See floor-plan below.
We are always building cabins, but supply is currenly limited due to the size of our labour force. We offer them on a first come first served basis, so call today to find out exactly what we can do for you!
We can deliver ready made kits with or without an assembled steel floor for building on your block.
We are looking for builders in all areas around Australia looking for a profitable income stream putting our kits together for clients.
Clients who get their owner builder license can also save big money on house construction costs.
WHY GRANNY FLATS?
With a total outlay of around $35-40K, you can build yourself a nice granny flat in your backyard that you may well be able to rent out for around $200/week or more - depending on the area. This equates to more than 25% gross return on your investment per annum!
Instead of senior citizens going to a retirement village and eroding the family inheritance, what about having them live independently in their own quarters out the back where they can enjoy the grandchildren? Granny flats provide an ideal solution for Grandma and/or Granddad and they add value to your house for the future as well!
From time to time the government will subsidise the construction of Granny Flats. I understand this is the case in Queensland before the end of April, 2012.
In New South Wales, councils will give approvals for Granny Flats in 10 days or less!
WHY KIT HOMES?
They are faster to build. Holding land with unfinished buildings is expensive.
A kit home designed by an architect can look every bit as good and real as any project home constructed by any builder.
If you buy from the right supplier, you will save serious money compared to conventional building costs. We have sourced quality steel frames and all the necessary components. If you buy a kit from us, you get all the components you need to build it
