WHY GRANNY FLATS?

With a total outlay of around $35-40K, you can build yourself a nice granny flat in your backyard that you may well be able to rent out for around $200/week or more - depending on the area. This equates to more than 25% gross return on your investment per annum!

Instead of senior citizens going to a retirement village and eroding the family inheritance, what about having them live independently in their own quarters out the back where they can enjoy the grandchildren? Here is the kit home design plan for this particular model. Please notice that it contains 3 bedrooms, a bathroom including space for a bathtub,  a separate toilet. Its a very livable home for those starting out at it comes at a great price!

We can supply this kit home pre-built and ready to transport to your site for $75,000 (ex GST). Please note you will still need council approval and a licensed plumber to connect it to the services on your block. We can work with you to find a builder to complete the approval and installation process.
