There is also a listing/marketing fee of $797 (payable in installments if you require). This gives you exposure in both the leading websites like realestate.com.au and domain.com.au. We can also organise ads in the leading local paper for you - you just pay our cost for that.

Michael lives in Springwood, the commercial hub of Logan city on the south side of Brisbane. He have chosen to focus our full service real estate activities on the area within 15 kms of Springwood - outside of this area we are happy to service customers who are willing to show their own home on one of our discounted deals.
