For some reason this link does not show all of them.In addition to these recorded results, before June 2009 we have helped lots of people to sell their own properties using contacts we have passed to them from our advertising, and these sales do not show up on our list of achieved sales.
Now, because of the new private listing policy of realestate.com.au, we do not do this in the same way.
Here are the various deals we presently offer.
Budget Deal - $330 when you list (plus $165 for featured property if required), $330 upon successful settlement.
Deluxe Deal - $825 when you list, $1595 upon settlement.
Platinum Service Capped Commission - $825 when you list, 1.5%+GST upon settlement. Includes internet advertising.
Platinum Zero Upfront Deal - 2% + GST when your property settles.
Please note: All our deals get your property on realestate.com.au for 30 days, and on domain.com.au as well. The Deluxe and Platinum deal includes featured property on realestate.com.au. Marketing options are by negotiation for the Zero Upfront Platinum Deal.
